Damian Jelich is a product development engineer with over 20 years in the medical device industry, specializing in cardiac and vascular technologies. Damian was the third employee at TVA Medical, Inc., which was acquired by BD in 2018 for the WavelinQ™ EndoAVF System. At TVA, he was directly responsible for the design and development of the WavelinQ™ System as well as the development and training of the endoAVF procedure, having proctored over 300 procedures since the inception of the technology. Since the acquisition by BD, Damian’s focus has been on training physicians on the WavelinQ™ EndoAVF System and procedure.

Cecy Cannizzaro is a Sr. Physician Training Specialist for BDPI. She is responsible for supporting the strategic direction and execution of WavelinQ™ medical education and training programs for the Peripheral Interventions Division. She works closely with business stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through collaborative partnerships to develop and enhance educational initiatives aligned with business goals. She has been with BD for 13 years and resides in Chandler, AZ.
Ariel Diaz

Ariel Diaz, RVT,RDMS is an Endovascular Fistula Specialist and Ultrasound Field Trainer with precedence in vascular ultrasound. Ariel has over 29 years of experience in dialysis access ultrasound and is the former Chief Sonographer and Lab Director at Baptist Health Dialysis Access Center in South Florida where he performed patient selection mapping, intraoperative ultrasound scanning and maturation assessment on 170 successful WavelinQ creations.

Rick Schreiner RT(R)(CI)(VI) Senior Manager of WavelinQ Education is a Radiographer with post primary credentials in Cardiac Interventional(CI) and Vascular Interventional(VI) Radiography with 25+ years in the Endovascular space in IR, CCL, EP and OR supporting EVARs and TVARs. His ultrasound experience includes vessel access for PICC line placements, central line placements, biliary drain placements, percutaneous nephrostomy placements, and vessel mapping and post maturation studies for WavelinQ EndoAVFs. He presented at the Society of Vascular Ultrasound(SVU) conference in 2022 focusing on vessel mapping and post maturation for EndoAVFs. He has been with BARD/BD for 13+ years and WavelinQ since the purchase of TVA in 2018. He was tasked with the early stages of getting BD’s field based Team and Physicians trained on the WavelinQ EndoAFV system. He continues to support BDs field based team with case support and vessel mapping and post maturation studies and manages the WavelinQ Dialysis Specialist (WDS) Team.
